HELIOS TACTICAL SENTINEL
Deployable Security, Self-Powered, Mesh Communications Platform
Infrastructure on Demand
Developed by Rapid Systems, Helios Tactical Sentinel is a portable, photon-powered, rapid deployment platform, advancing surveillance, communications, intelligent edge systems, and remote monitoring where once impractical.
Security Infrastructure Where and When You Need It
Helios provides deployable infrastructure for locations where permanent
power, communications, and security systems are unavailable, impractical,
or too slow to deploy.
The platform combines solar power, wireless communications, remote monitoring, and autonomous mission-configurable equipment in a portable system engineered for field deployment and maintainability.
Power Autonomy
Helios supports 700-watt or 1-kilowatt solar configurations,
LiFePO battery systems, AC charging, and optional wind generation.
Deployable Mast
A pneumatic locking aluminum mast provides 9-, 12-, 15-, and
18-foot lock positions for cameras, radios, sensors, and other mission equipment.
Resilient Communications
Rajant Kinetic Mesh networking can be configured with Peregrine, Hawk, or Sparrow communication options.
Remote Monitoring
Web-based and SNMP monitoring provides visibility into solar voltage, battery conditions, load current, and temperature.
Optimized for Your Mission
Helios is not limited to a single fixed security configuration.
The Version 4 platform is designed to support equipment selected
for your operational requirements.
Available platform options include cameras and sensors, radar,
LiDAR, LED work lights, strobes, AI horn speakers,
communications equipment, edge-processing hardware,
environmental cooling, and supplemental power systems.
Rapid Systems can configure the Helios platform around your communications,
sensing, power, and deployment needs.
Engineered from Field Experience
Version 4 reflects operator feedback and thousands of hours of
real-world deployment.
The platform has evolved around longer runtime, higher efficiency,
improved thermal management, expanded edge-processing capability,
reliable mesh communications, and practical field maintenance.
The result is a mature deployable infrastructure platform built
to support current missions while remaining adaptable to changing
operational requirements.
Built for Infrastructure-Limited Environments
Helios can support temporary, remote, mobile, and
infrastructure-limited deployments across a range of operational
environments.
