DSL any TCP/IP based Ethernet appliance can interface
with the Rapid Systems Network. Network your home,
videoconference with Mom, move data on your PVR, or
join a Virtual Private Network. It all works with

Static IP Addresses are a standard at Rapid Systems.
Static IP Addressing means you always have the same
address on the Internet. The Static IP is required
for many different applications. (Please note
the starter package is using a dynamic IP address).

Rapid Systems deploys Real-time intrusion detection
and response. Rapid Systems actively responds to unauthorized
activity by blocking network access and/or terminating
the offending sessions. While Rapid Systems can never
provide complete protection to our clients and their
networks, we do reduce the threat level by denying
a comprehensive list of common attacks at network
aggregation points. Additionally, we offer Virus
Scanning on email before it gets to your
corporate network or home pc. We contain the threats
which reduce the overall costs for Rapid Systems customers,
and minimize unnecessary traffic on the network to
allow the fastest connectivity possible. Content Servers
anonymously connect to websites keeping your identity
secure.
