have a relationship with Cisco Systems as a Cisco Registered Partner
which can benefit you in terms of design needs and implementation.
Onsite
CCNA Services
Rapid Systems' Certified Cisco Network Associates can provide you with
a full range of Cisco services to take the pain out of Cisco network
administration. We can perform IOS upgrades, Hardware upgrades,
Smartnet contract renewals, EIGRP implementation, equipment
installation and configuration and more. We can design and install new
networks and troubleshoot, isolate and repair existing networks.
BGP and Multi-homing Consulting
Rapid Systems offers support for turn key BGP Implementation and consulting. Our engineers will
work through everything from getting providers in line to peer as well as obtaining your own IP allocation
from ARIN. Lastly, Rapid Systems can provide remote and onsite support for your turn-up. Whether
you need a little help or need Rapid Systems to take care of the Entire BGP peering process we can
assist.
Switching and VLAN Consulting

Routing and QOS
Rapid Systems Engineers are experts in routing multiprotocol networks, simultaneous routing
and switching platforms as well as IPV4 / IPV6 implementations. Our goal is to design networks

IPv4 and IPv6 address allocation
Rapid Systems' Network Engineers can assist you in obtaining an
Autonomous System Number (ASN) and IP prefix from ARIN and advertise
your prefix to the internet from your location. As one of the first
ISP's in the region to route IPv6 traffic to the internet, we'll be
ready for the coming IPv6 migrations.
CIDR
If you do not want or need an ASN, Rapid Systems can allocate you IP
addresses from within our address pools. We can provide you with your
own IP address routing prefix from a /29 (providing 8 IP addresses) to
an entire /24 (providing an entire class C IP block) and configure your
network to use your allocated addresses. We can also provide WAN
Failover within our network to ensure you're always up and running.
WAN
Failover
Rapid Systems is one of the sole providers in the greater Tampa Bay
area capable of providing multihoming within a single ISP. Running DSL
and rs|air as seperate isolated networks connecting to multiple tier 1
providers, Rapid Systems can install multiple internet connections.
Using SonicWALL or Cisco Hardware, Rapid Systems can set up your
connection to fail over from rs|air to DSL or vice versa in case of a
network outage. Whatever your failover needs may be, Rapid Systems
has the knowledge, equipment, and experience to install your redundant
internet access.
